Job responsibilities and duties include:
• Set up, document, and test the Oracle system; understand and apply Oracle methodologies
• Conduct gap analysis between delivered functionality and client requirements and recommend solutions such as development of Oracle Cloud Recruiting, Onboarding, Journeys and Oracle Learning modules.
• Test, maintain, and monitor Oracle-based client systems, including coordinating the installation of applications, updates, modules and systems.
• Develop testing scenarios, test scripts, and leading teams in unit, integration, and acceptance testing
• Troubleshoot program and system malfunctions to restore normal functioning.
• Expand or modify client system to serve improve communication, efficiency and security.
• Use your extensive knowledge in Oracle Recruiting Cloud to provide best practice guidance to Oracle ORC.
• Facilitate knowledge transfer and provide subject matter expertise in all things ORC
• Set-up the system to meet the desired business process and requirements
• Assist clients in addressing their most complex business challenges by maximizing performance of the Human Resource (HR) function through leading-edge systems and processes
• Define, build and implement enhancements to HR processes and structure that will improve the HR function's alignment to business objectives and ability to help drive business results
• Drive Recruit, Learning and Onboarding technology implementations through planning, process design, configuration, user acceptance testing, etc.
• Conduct Design Workshops and Perform Gap/Fit Assessment.
• Give clients options for designs using prototypes.
Support Design of Data Migration activities from Legacy systems to Cloud, Design and Testing of Integrations from Cloud to Third Party Vendors. • Provide requirements and test internal CaslteBridge products like of BridgeReporting, TestBOT and AquisitionBridge.
This position has no direct reports and does not supervise any other personnel.
Minimum Requirements: Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer or Software Engineering or any related IT or Engineering field of study, plus at least two (2) years of experience in the job offered or any related position(s) in which the experience was gained.
