Job Summary

CastleBridge Consulting is seeking a talented individual to join our rapidly growing team, focusing on Change Management and Training programs for Oracle HCM Cloud. In this role, you will collaborate with clients to design and implement end-to-end change management strategies and training plans for Human Resources teams. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of Change Management experience, including skills gap analyses and creating training materials. Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities are essential. A Bachelor’s degree is required, and a CMP certification or ADKAR experience is preferred.

Job Description

Education:

            l  Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent required

Required Skills:

            l  2+ Years of Change Management Experience
            l  Experience conducting skills gap analyses
            l  Experience creating training plans for Human Resources
            l  Ability to Prepare educational material (e.g. design)
            l  Assess the impact of training on employee performance
            l  Outgoing Personality
            l  Problem analysis, use of judgment and ability to solve problems efficiently
            l  Decision making, critical thinking
            l  Operation and system analysis
            l  Effective communication skills
            l  Superior problem-solving skills
            l  Ability to multi-task
            l  Ability to work at a fast pace
            l  Must be a self-starter

Desired Skills:

            l  Strong understanding of business processes within HR at all levels (Employee, Managers, HR Business Partners and Executive Level)
