Oracle Cloud Core HR Lead

CastleBridge Consulting is seeking a dynamic and experienced Oracle Cloud Core HR Consultant to join our rapidly growing team. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of HCM Cloud consulting experience, with a strong understanding of HR business processes across all levels, from employees to executives. Key responsibilities include providing best practice consultation to clients, problem-solving, decision-making, and system analysis. The position requires excellent communication skills, the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, and a self-starting attitude. Oracle Cloud Core HR experience and certification are preferred. A Bachelor's degree is required.

We are seeking candidates to join the fast-growing team @ CastleBridge Consulting.  This position will include working with our clients to provide best practice consultation for Oracle Cloud Core HR.

Education:

            l  Bachelor's Degree or equivalent required

Required Skills:

            l  2+ Years of HCM Cloud Consulting Experience

            l  Oracle Cloud Core HR Experience

            l  Strong understanding of business processes within HR at all levels (Employee, Managers, HR Business Partners and Executive Level)
