Oracle Cloud EPM Lead

CastleBridge Consulting is seeking an Oracle Cloud EPM Lead to join our fast-growing team. In this role, you will support clients in their Oracle Cloud Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) finance transformations. You will oversee projects from start to finish, including planning, configuration, design, testing, training, and post-production support. The ideal candidate will have hands-on Oracle Cloud EPM experience, a strong understanding of finance business processes, and the ability to blend technology and process expertise. You will also provide mentorship to project teams, resolve complex issues, and contribute to proposals and demos while staying up to date with Oracle Cloud advancements.

Education:

            l  Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent preferred

Responsibilities:

            l  Supports CastleBridge clients in their Oracle Cloud EPM finance transformation
            l  Serves as the Oracle Cloud EPM Lead on projects through the full project life cycle: planning, configuration, design, build, testing, training, go-live and post-production support
            l  Builds up best practices within CastleBridge's Oracle Cloud EPM methodology (e.g., Financial Consolidation and Close, Narrative Reporting, Planning, Profitability and Cost Management, Account Reconciliation)
            l  Blends process and technology expertise to create a next generation solution for clients
            l  Performs hands-on delivery of workshops, configuration, and other project tasks as necessary
            l  Resolves complex customer issues by recommending and implementing solutions
            l  Provides direction and mentoring to project teams, and effectively influences customer leadership on key decisions

            l  Supports development of Proposals and Statements of Work
            l  Conducts demos of Oracle Cloud EPM to prospective customers
            l  Stays current with all service offerings – cross application, cross-geography
            l  Keeps up with current releases, features and practices
            l  Maintains current certification in one or more of the following: Financial Consolidation and Close, Narrative Reporting, Planning, Profitability and Cost Management, Account Reconciliation

Qualifications:

            l  Demonstratable Oracle Cloud EPM consulting experience
            l  Intimate knowledge of Oracle Cloud application-based solutions in the Oracle Cloud ERP space (experience as a business user or degree in Finance preferred)
            l  Strong understanding of business processes within Finance at all levels
            l  Outgoing personality
