Education:
l Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent preferred
Responsibilities:
l Supports CastleBridge clients in their Oracle Cloud ERP finance transformation
l Serves as the Oracle Cloud ERP Financials Lead on projects through the full project life cycle: planning, configuration, design, build, testing, training, go-live and post-production support
l Builds up best practices within CastleBridge's Oracle Cloud ERP Financials methodology (e.g., General Ledger, Accounts Payables, Accounts Receivables, Expenses, Cash Management, Fixed Assets)
l Blends process and technology expertise to create a next generation Finance function
l Performs hands-on delivery of workshops, configuration, and other project tasks as necessary
l Resolves complex customer issues by recommending and implementing solutions
l Provides direction and mentoring to project teams, and effectively influences customer leadership on key decisions
l Supports development of Proposals and Statements of Work
l Conducts demos of Oracle Cloud Financials to prospective customers
l Stays current with all service offerings – cross application, cross-geography Keeps up with current releases, features and practices
l Maintains current certification in one or more of the following: Accounting Hub Cloud, General Ledger Cloud, Payables Cloud, Receivables and Collections Cloud, Revenue Management Cloud
Qualifications:
l Demonstratable Oracle Cloud ERP consulting experience
l Intimate knowledge of Oracle Cloud application-based solutions in the Oracle Cloud ERP space (experience as a business user or degree in Finance preferred)
l Strong understanding of business processes within Finance at all levels
l Outgoing personality
l Ability to solve problems efficiently using analysis and judgement
