Oracle Cloud - HCM Functional Lead

CastleBridge Consulting is looking for a dynamic and skilled Oracle Cloud Consultant to join our fast-growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for functional system configuration, unit testing, documentation, and issue resolution within Oracle Cloud. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of HCM Cloud consulting experience, a strong understanding of HR business processes at all organizational levels, and the ability to solve problems efficiently. You should be a self-starter with excellent communication skills, critical thinking, and multitasking abilities, thriving in a fast-paced environment. Experience in business process transformation is a plus.

Education:

            l  Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent required

Required Skills:

            l  2+ Years of HCM Cloud Consulting Experience
            l  Strong understanding of business processes within HR at all levels (Employee, Managers, HR Business Partners and Executive Level)
            l  Outgoing Personality
            l  Problem analysis, use of judgment and ability to solve problems efficiently
